Morning yoga flow is a wake-up class that is geared to invigorate, strengthen and prepare your mind and body for the rest of your day. Move through a sequence of postures using the breath: For the mind: Yoga takes you from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system. Big words that basically mean you feel less stressed and calmer. Focusing on your flow is great to clear a busy mind! For the body:
Core Flow is a vinyasa-based class that will strengthen the superficial and deep muscles of the core. You can expect to flow through a fun series of postures with an emphasis on core activation. This class is a great way to build the strength required to progress your yoga practice, and is open to all levels including beginners.
The Stretch and Flow class integrates dynamic sequences to warm the body and encourage flow, followed by longer, deep stretches that allow for increased flexibility and release of tension. All levels are welcome!
Restore body and mind as we promote a sense of slow unwinding. Postures will be held for longer periods of time to target the connective tissues, providing a deeper stretch and greater range of motion in joints throughout life.
